• Info: Valenti was an organist, composer and teacher working in Naples in the 16th century. Blind from boyhood, he nevertheless published two books of music. This piece is found in his Intavolatura de Cimbalo published in 1576. Lo Ballo dell' Intorica translates to "torch dance." I improvised the introduction.
