• Info: Three apologies: Firstly my piano still hasn't been tuned. Yes, I know it sounds terrible. Second, I can hear the pedal slightly thumping in the recording, not when playing. Third, I should have recorded the Haydn Sonata I've been learning for the last year but it's just not happening. Memory slips all over the place, it's terrible. So I picked up this prelude a couple of weeks ago, but it's simple enough to read. Technically it's not hard. I can work more on shaping the piece but I'm pretty happy about it right now. And it's so beautiful. You need to be able to bring out the melody in the left hand and the rest almost takes care of itself. So, there you have it! I haven't had lunch yet but it will have horseradish with it because that's what the neighborhood guys are doing this afternoon - making horseradish and consuming lots of beer and beef. Perfect!
