Info: This is a breakthrough piece for me - where I really learned exactly HOW to study a piece properly. I remember playing a very simplified version of the first movement within a few months of starting to play, and I was very excited when I started working on "the real deal". I just wish I could have managed to have the third movement ready. I'm really pleased with this recording - warts and all - I did it in one take from start to finish. The only editing I did was to remove some dead air between the two movements and at the beginning of the recording. Lunch was roast beef and Yorkshire pudding, with roast veggies, served with a Cabernet from northern Italy - prepared by Mr. Casinitaly who is newly retired.
