• Info: This piece has been in my someday stack for quite a while. It is the first piece that I heard by Kuhlau, and it started me through a journey of his music. This is by far the most difficult of his that I have played. The other pieces were working up to this one. It is just a kick to play. I have trouble sitting still. The pictures in the Youtube video are from Carnival, which starts this week in Lucerne. It seemed fitting for this playful little piece. I am just about to make lunch. It will be BBQ chicken breast and a salad and some fruit. My reward for getting a halfway decent recording! This one I did not do in one take. It took several tries over several days. It is a tricky little thing!
